How to Order
As we are a home-based business, we appreciate your understanding to give us at least One (1)-Day advanced order (required), as we will be preparing the desserts fresh for you. If you have a last minute request, you can certainly call us at 9117 8228 (Uncle Wilson) to check with us before placing your order(s), we cannot promise but will try out best to accomodate and we appreciate your understanding.
Step 1. Browse our Menu and pick from our various categories from Hot Desserts, Cold Desserts, Puddings and Savoury Snacks.
Step 2. Select the items you want to order, the size and add to cart. Do note that we only serve in Party Packs for 5 or 10 Pax, you can add accordingly if you require for 20 Pax (2 X Party Pack for 10 pax).
Step 3. Check your orders on your cart. Do indicate the date and time you will be picking up your order or want it delivered in the Comments Box (View Cart) during checkout.
Step 4. If you have special instructions / request, please indicate in Comments / Remarks. You can call us to confirm your special request too.
Step 3. Please select Self Collection at 8 Haig Road (Free) or By Delivery (Charges Apply). For Delivery, we only cover the following areas around the East area:
- Joo Chiat
- Paya Lebar
- Geylang
- Katong
- Mountbatten
- East Coast Road
- Marine Parade
- Eunos
- Kembangan
- Siglap
- Chai Chee
- Bedok
We do not offer delivery arrangements beyond these areas stated, customers can arrange their own delivery to pick up from us, just select Self-Collection.
Delivery Charges (via Grab Express):
- $7.00 delivery charge for Orders less than $50
- $5.00 delivery charge for Orders $50-$70
- $3.00 delivery charge for Orders more than $70
Step 6. Payment (Preferred by Paynow). Full payment is required to confirm your order.
We are a small business and as much as we want to give our best to our customers, every cent does count for us. We will appreciate if you can use Paynow to pay us, as we won't incur any surcharges via this payment mode.
You can simply scan the payment QR Code above or Paynow to our UEN: 53268147M (REN REN Desserts) and Whatsapp us a screen shot of your order payment to 9117 8228. Your order is only confirmed when full payment is made.
Step 7. For self-collection, the address is at Blk 8 Haig Road, #06-415 Singapore 430008. We are able to pass the delivery to you at the void deck / carpark of Blk 8 Haig Road.
